Been trying to contact pinwheel about my sfax registration not being recognized.

I've called
I've emailed
I've called some more
Did they die of covid?
They list they're from commiefornia. Maybe they can catch covid by providing customer sevice?

Same email as above when i needed to contact regarding registration as well . Brother (IT guy) rebuilt my computer and pinwheel (software) wouldn't recognize me .

FWIW ... I have always got a response from the owner Larry (email address is the same as what was provided by nettereo16) within 24 hours. I don't love the way his licensing works, but I like the product and he has been responsive in my experience.
