Here is a buck during a Steelhead fishing trip. Downtown Riggins Idaho,

Greenland hiking trip, was -20 if I remember correctly, battery would die on my camera every 2min so I had to keep swapping em to get a few good pics. There were a few yearlings in the herd but I kept my distance and never got a great shot at one. The white hill in the background is the continental ice cap.

This guy came out of a draw at my 8 o’clock passing in front of me at 15 yrds. I was hiking in Rainier NP. So I drew my bear spray and waited until he got to a better distance before retrieving my camera from my pack. Biggest black bear I’ve ever seen.
