Looking down at a clear-cut from years ago (in the foreground). It used to be hunt-able, but now the regrowth has gotten way too thick and high...reforestation is a good thing! (Sitka Black-tail hunt last week on Prince of Wales island)...

Going to bomb this post. Took these in order. Sun was peeking through the clouds, temp was 25 with very high humidity. The frost was very thick but not hard. I hunted from my cabin just because I can and it made me realize how loud the floor creaks with the nailed boards for a floor.

Saw some movement in the woods as we were cutting our Christmas tree. Bobcat keeping an eye on things!

This spruce off-shoot caught my eye as the fog was lifting midday from a lake on Prince of Wales Island...the hunting had been kind of slow that morning, LOL!!!
