Sometimes I catch them leaving the mountains, heading across the washes to water, before heading back up in the evening.

They were about to disappear behind some thicker brush so rushed and zoomed in with iPhone. This group of 3 plus another group of 6.

Looks like a potential grouse hang out.

It’s an everything hangout. We have everything where we are. Bobcats are starting to flourish so my family is going to start putting in for tags. They’ve been eating too well. If they ate turkeys instead of fawns I’d think differently. Turkeys are a plague most years.
