Took a short hike yesterday. It took us 1 1/2 hrs to gain 700 ft. Total horizontal distance round trip was 2 miles. We weren't in a hurry and cliffed ourselves out a few times so there was some backtracking. The green arrow marks our vehicle.

Great shot! He looks to be only about 7 years old, but man, if he makes it a few more years, he’ll be a monster. Great genetics for sure.

What are most of you guys using for photography equipment? Lenses, specifically?
