This fawn had been hiding in the drizzle in our pasture for hours.
Finally the doe showed up to nurse and it looked like the fawn ran laps to dry off and warm up.

Heavy rain chased everyone away at Maroon Bells. Rain broke and sun came out in the evening, had the whole place to myself. Bonus moose and calf if you zoom in.

Tiger trout are a hybrid male brookie & female brown trout. They do not reproduce and are very aggressive, I think the state record is only 5 or 6 lbs taken on one of the lakes here on the Grand Mesa.
