I’m always careful with my lab Odin in the mountains as the places I roam in Idaho and Montana there are many wolf trappers. Finally ran across some big sets in Montana yesterday 4 miles in. First one he about got his nose into but as I have taught him well he simply pointed it out to me. About half mile later 5 sets around a deer they drug in as bait with snowmobile. Looks like they need to perfect their sets🤣be aware with your pets

First time I ever saw Northern Lights! Here in southern Idaho, we should have been able to see them a couple times this year, but it was always cloudy before. This is 22 20-second exposures taken with my Samsung 22 Ultra and then stacked together with a free app called 'Startrails' and edited in the Lightroom app.

Lazy me for trying to take aurora pictures 3 miles south of town, but it was 12:30 AM and I had to be at work by 5.

A unique perspective from a few years ago, looking down an Alaska glacier (with gratitude for the experience, always)...
