I've read a few topics on these peptides on here and other places with good results. I was curious if anyone had brands that worked well or any brands to stay away from? Im currently dealing with shoulder pain that stemmed from shooting my bow and flares up if flat bench preas, but not if i incline bench. If anyone has other ideas im all for it.

Subscribed. I just started running a lot so I’ve got some lower leg pains and also ongoing sporadic shoulder pain (I gave up flat bench years ago) that mainly comes from my infraspinatus. Looking into this but wondering what application is best and how safe it is.

I suffered horrible tennis elbow from bench press, treated with a local bpc injection before bed, sourced from limitless biotech. Pain was gone in 5 weeks, never returned and now its been a year pain free. For me it was more effective than anything else I tried, game changer for sure!

Can you put a link to limitless biotech?

I started BPC-157 from Apeirion Elementals less than 2 weeks ago. Nothing noticeable yet as I am fighting pretty severe knee pain. Awaiting an MRI to actually know the damage that’s been done. I’ll update this with any changes.

I've been researching the hell out of peptides. They sound very promising to say the least. Almost too good to be true for some of them. A lot of people swear by BPC157. I'm thinking about getting some for a nagging foot injury myself. Take it for what it's worth but Rogan talks highly of it also.

From what I've read the good out weighs the bad.

This is copied from Google;
While research suggests BPC 157 may have a relatively safe profile with minimal side effects, due to limited human studies, potential side effects could include injection site irritation, mild allergic reactions, nausea, diarrhea, and dizziness, especially when used improperly or at high doses; it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before using BPC 157 as it is currently not FDA approved for human use and its long-term safety remains unknown

BPC-157 is currently blacklisted, so the only source is "research" use. I'd be highly cautious with those sources. Oral uptake will be less effective than subcu. injections. There are alternatives to BPC157, like PDA and CJC-1295.

But please get an actual diagnosis and then determine a treatment path. It could be any number of things that peptides would do nothing for. Or it could be minor inflammation that peptides could help with.

Peptides are already ushering in a new wave of snake oil salesman as is often seen in the nutraceutical and supplement world. There is very limited research on BPC-157 and there is NO GOOD RESEARCH (randomized controlled research) in humans demonstrating any clear benefit.

"However, to date, the majority of studies have been performed on small rodent models and the efficacy of BPC 157 is yet to be confirmed in humans."

Given how many people are now using this I am sure with time we will get some better data on its efficacy. Be very suspicious of the marketing materials and anecdotal evidence provided by the companies selling these supplements as they are almost always cherry picked and biased.

This podcast has a lot of good information on some of the current more common peptides in use. There is about 20 minutes dedicated specifically to BPC-157.

TB-500 is in the same boat more or less. Time will tell and these compounds may prove to have a benefit but as of yet we have no good evidence.
