Peak 44 rifle stocks

@Shooter264 It looks like you added an arca rail in front of the bottom metal. On the Peak44 FAQ it says they advise against adding a second swivel stud on the Blacktooth since it may "damage to the shell and/or interior fill". I assume this is from drilling into the carbon fiber shell. Did you have any issues? I'm thinking of adding another screw in front of the bottom metal on my Bastion to mount a full length arca rail, anything I need to consider as to not damage the stock? Thanks.
Done probably 20 stocks that way for myself and customers, never an issue. Flip your T-nut upside down because the shell is not thick enough to install the correct way but it’s strong and you should have no issues. I’ve probably sent 1500 rounds off a tripod w it set up that way

I'm about to buy the limbsaver slip on. Looks like it weighs ~5 oz and this stock saved me 9 oz over the tikka stock.

Recoil pad is punishing out of a 300 wsm or just about anything over 20 ft lbs of recoil. When you are squared up to the stock its fine, but off camber or angled shots where the pad isn't in the pocket is rough. I'm shooting suppressed also. I've got around 400 rounds using this on 3 different cartridges and thats my biggest complaint.
