Alright I have searched high and low and keep coming up short. Let me know some recommendations on some do it all hunting pant preferably with knee pad options and hip vents. I cant seem to find many options in my size (30x36).

Stone Glacier de Havilland lite. They make a small/medium-tall which has a 31” waist and 36.5” inseam. Have hip zips, pockets for whatever knee pads you want to use. Their adjustment on the waist is up to 3”. Only downside is they’re loud at first, and no mesh in the zip.

You can have hip vents or knee pads but you are not allowed to have both. It’s a Big Pants conspiracy
Only ones i can seem to find are Born Primitive and for some reason they are super tight in the knee area and once you add knee pads they are super tight around the knee where you don't even want to use them with the knee pads. So I'm at a loss right now of having pants that actually fit lol

Do they fit baggy? Iv heard they do from a few people but haven't tried any on yet myself.

I don’t find them baggy, however I’m 6’3 250 with big legs. Also have a buddy that’s 6’5 and pretty skinny that doesn’t find them too baggy either. I’d recommend trying them on in store first though.

Goodluck, im still on the lookout for this pair of pants. I like the pnuma pursuit pant they offer a 32x36. A little tight when the knee pads are in and unfortunately no side vents.

Not sure about the sizing but First Lite corrugate foundry pant has knee pads and hip vents

The GoHunt pants would fit the bill. I purchased a pair about a month or so ago and have been pleased with them thus far. They have removable knee pads and hip vents. My only concern is how noisy they might be for early archery season.

How’s the length? I see they are only a 32 length I would need a 34 at the minimum

I have a 32x32 and they're perfect. I wasn't aware they didn't have longer lengths.

I bought Sitka Mountain Pants 38T, On Sale at Sierra for $99
I also bought Sitka Timberline 38T, On Sale at Sierra for $119, Basically Mountain Pants with waterproof material in knee/butt area

I'm 6'4" 260# and they fit well.

Both have knee pads and pocket zippers that act like vents.

Very happy with both, but looking at a couple other brands also ...

Seeland
Deerhunter
Swazi
Fjallraven
King of the Mountain
Sleeping Indian
RVRC GP Pro

Take a look at the Kuiu PRO pants. Knee pads and vents. They run small (one size) in the waist and long in the inseam in my experience, but are very similar to their Attack pants, which are bulletproof. Could fit the bill.

For the sake of sounding bougie…have you found a pant you like that’s too baggy and had a tailor modify them? Had to do this for my son. He’s 6’5” 200# 30/36 but dump truck butt/thighs. Getting something long enough for inseam that covers his tail and would stay on his hips was impossible. Wife mentioned a seamstress so bought a pair of used Sitka mountain pants cheap and had them custom fit. He thinks he’s royalty and refuses to wear even joggers off the shelf now. Yes it cost me $75 to modify but he no longer complains about crotch chafing and doesn’t have to constantly tug his pants up so we spend more time afield in a day. He will fill out into manhood and be old enough to buy his own gear in a few years so I count it a win for the time I get with him.

I use sitka mountain pants. Love them. I can move freely in them and they have more of a athletic feel that I like. My only complaint is the knee pads are a little low for me. They're almost shin pads. I took the knee pads out but besides that. Love them.
