Alright I have searched high and low and keep coming up short. Let me know some recommendations on some do it all hunting pant preferably with knee pad options and hip vents. I cant seem to find many options in my size (30x36).

You can have hip vents or knee pads but you are not allowed to have both. It’s a Big Pants conspiracy
Only ones i can seem to find are Born Primitive and for some reason they are super tight in the knee area and once you add knee pads they are super tight around the knee where you don't even want to use them with the knee pads. So I'm at a loss right now of having pants that actually fit lol

Stone Glacier de Havilland lite. They make a small/medium-tall which has a 31” waist and 36.5” inseam. Have hip zips, pockets for whatever knee pads you want to use. Their adjustment on the waist is up to 3”. Only downside is they’re loud at first, and no mesh in the zip.
Do they fit baggy? Iv heard they do from a few people but haven't tried any on yet myself.

I don’t find them baggy, however I’m 6’3 250 with big legs. Also have a buddy that’s 6’5 and pretty skinny that doesn’t find them too baggy either. I’d recommend trying them on in store first though.

Not sure about the sizing but First Lite corrugate foundry pant has knee pads and hip vents

The GoHunt pants would fit the bill. I purchased a pair about a month or so ago and have been pleased with them thus far. They have removable knee pads and hip vents. My only concern is how noisy they might be for early archery season.

How’s the length? I see they are only a 32 length I would need a 34 at the minimum

I have a 32x32 and they're perfect. I wasn't aware they didn't have longer lengths.
