I have shot nearly 1,000 rds over the past three weeks and will be shooting another 200-400 over the weekend but I can see how getting a little extra ammo in advance of a certain shortage makes me part of the issue.

Feels like I’ll be in a good spot to continue doing what I enjoy on the weekends without a disruption.

Hope you’re in a position to do the same.

I got the email today and promptly order a bunch of parts to work on my Bronco.

I have a generator that can run my entire house and enough diesel fuel for it that it’s actually an illegal quantity in my awesome state.
Anyone who doesn’t own at least a small generator to power their freezer and fridge needs to look into it. Our power provider shut many of us off last summer for weeks at a time.

Yeah, the state you live in has some next level stupid laws and policies. I feel bad for PG&E having to shut power off to try and avoid yet another fire due to mismanagement of the right of ways. Their hands are really tied, I am sure they hate turning the lines off as much as the customers hate having their power turned off. It costs them massive revenue and also pisses off their customers. I know a few guys from the company I work for went over there to help get the power back on and they were met with anger by the customers. Total lack of respect and honestly they were in fear for their well being.

The majority of people are stupid. There's no logical explanation for it. My buddy's wife witnessed a woman at Target shove 6 large buddles of TP into here compact car. The best I could find was this dumb article explaining all the potential reasons these morons are gobbling all of it up. Covid 19 should remove them all from the gene pool. Here's a pic of my local market. I ran out at lunch to get a few things for the kids since it sounds like our schools are gonna close. The TP shelf was stocked yesterday when I was there.

I’m going to go to my local Walmart and buy up all of the couscous and nail polish. No doubt, some dumbass will see me do that and rush to the NEXT Walmart and grab all those items off the shelf because he saw me do it, and therefore he needs those items to survive the zombie sniffles. Then another moron sees that guy stockpiling couscous and nail polish, and so on. Then I sit back and watch the chaos ensue while I refi and invest in the market...
