Ooh! Can you expand on how to add cheek riser to the factory 783 stock like that?

I'd really like to add something like that to at least two of my rifles.

A 783, and a Savage 93R17.

Do you remember if you used khaki or sand for the tan tone?

Probably 80% of the tan coloring is khaki and the rest was sand randomly blended in. The sand is a little bright for my tastes
