Sitka Flash Pullover comes in 3x. It’s basically a camo, water resistant wind shirt.

The Enlightened Equipment Copperfield Wind Shirt comes in a 2XL and is supposedly sized a half size larger for layering. I have no personal experiences, but it may be worth a look.

Military surplus ECWCS zippered wind shirt is a decent option. They run large so a xxl will be like civilian 3X

The military pcu level 4 zippered windshirt is the best/most packable that I have. Just an awesome wind jacket. 2x should work and should be available on ebay or an online surplus store.

I have the level 5 soft shell and it blocks the wind really good. I think the difference is the hood pockets and pit zips. I seam sealed it also and it keeps me relatively dry in an all day drizzle

I like the Sitka Mountain vest or jacket as a wind layer. Both work great for me and come in that size.

The L5 jacket material is a bit noisier than the L4 windjacket material. L4 has no pit zips or hood. Side hand pockets are larger and mesh for some venting.
The L5 pant material seems quitter than the jacket and those are awesome pants...they seem to run shorter than normal but are available in several lengths.
