I bought at 8% in 2000 and thought it was a good rate. Refied at 6% and at 3%.

if you can’t buy at 6-8%, the prices are too high. Interest rates were never gonna stay at 3%.

Restaurant tips. I supported the local restaurant staff during the covid scam but now 18-25% is the expected norm regardless of the service. And this on top of the price of going out to eat doubling. 10% used to be the norm and 15% for exceptional service.

I haven't heard any reviews yet, but somehow Lyman came out this year with a full line of suppressor all for under $300.

Time will tell how they perform I guess.

If I understand correctly the suppressors are from an established company from Europe.
