Some guys are saying you have a choice to get vaccinated. In a sense you do, but in a sense you do not. The industry i am in consists of large companies who are all being FORCED by the Federal gov't to mandate a vaccine. If I leave my company, all the other ones in my industry are all over 100 employees as well, so they will have the same mandate. Very few have implemented their own mandate. They are being forced by the gov't to mandate. You say they have a choice, but they really do not. If they choose not to enforce this draconian rule, they will go out of business with the amount of fines they will face. Not to mention the contracts they will lose out on that could have long lasting effects. I support your right to get vaccinated, but you do not support our right to not get vaccinated. Despite what you say, it really isn't a choice. You either comply or ruin your career or life by holding to your beliefs. Really is sad that the USA has come to this.

I don't disagree the left are lunatics, but the courts - including the supreme court with trump's appointments - have decided. Mandates are alright with them.

Does seem like they get a case of the Dumbass when they get appointed to the SCOTUS.,,,we shall see.

I think it will be litigated and probably needs to be. But I agree with your assessment...Coney Barrett fired a pretty clear warning shot across the bow...

In the article it talks about Walmart requiring just corporate staff to be vaxxed. You know why? Over 65% of the Walmart DC in my area is unvaxxed and will walk if it’s required. It was an internal questionnaire employees were required to answer. I have contacts at the DC because of business dealings. Most DCs nationwide are this way. So how is Walmart going to get away with it? Kickbacks and swamp creatures. Grease the palms and look the other way.

One last thing before I ditch the chitt chow, if your employer is requiring the vax they are responsible for worker’s compensation. If you bend the knee to the king and get jab and have a reaction and side effects, report it immediately even if it’s just 2 days worth of a reaction. It’s on record and then anything after is compensable, for up to 6 years in WI, if you need time off or have health issues.
