Building a 7mm-08 and curious what others are using for optics.
Hunting in high Arizona deserts for antelope, deer and possibly elk.
I have been looking at the Leupold VX 5HD. Anything else comparable at a similar price point?

For what it’s worth Leupold isn’t well loved on Rokslide and for good reason IMO. If you’re concerned about your scopes durability and it’s ability to hold zero/dial accurately I’d look elsewhere.
Nightforce, Trijicon, SWFA, Maven.

I have 4 maven R1.2. One replaced a luppy that got fixed 2x by luppy.
