The last few weeks my PC version has been pretty slow. Anybody else having issues? Phone App seems fine, and my system seems fine since I'm working exclusively from home now.

Same here. over a month now for me. I'm on a mac. My phone (8+) is performing normally. I called them to check if there was something happening on there end, but they said no. Something has changed. Its pretty frustrating.

I've always had issues running OnX on my computer. It's slow all around and super irritating. Phone app works great but small screen sucks. I'd like to see the program not require a browser to run on PC. It would probably run smoother as a stand alone program for PC.

On Oct 5, 2020 I finally contacted onX support about the web app being dog crap slooooooooooow as it was unusable. Below was the last communication. I have pinged them twice since and have not gotten any more support. What good is a tool if you cannot E-scout on the big screen. It is so frustrating. We have all the outdoor celebrities pimping this platform and new features being released instead of fixing this major issue.

Hello, Peter.

Thank you for following up with us. Our engineers are continuing to work on solutions for customers like yourself who have a large number of waypoitns and other markups. We believe that the number of markups is the underlying issue causing the sluggishness in your Web Map. I understand that you do not want to get rid of your markups just to get the Web Map working more quickly. I expect to see improvements made in the area of content management over the course of the coming year, but these solutions are likely months off.

Unfortunately, it does appear that the Web Map will run slowly if you import all of your unformatted markups. I imported just your 900 markups for the State of WI into an empty account, and this slowed down the Web Map considerably. If you import the content from the files I sent you, they will not have any of the formatting of the original markups, which we know is incredibly valuable to you.

I wish there was something more we could do to help you at this time, but that doesn't appear to be the case. I am optimistic that there will be improvements over the coming year.

I reset my layers and turned off states I was not currently looking into and it helped quite a bit.

I was having the same slow to load issues and tried turning off everything but what I was looking at. It definitely helped quite a bit.
