Does anyone have an actual phone number to contact Onx customer service?
The reason why I ask, is I spoke to them in the early spring when I found out I was paying for the Elite membership along with a basic membership ( don‘t know how I pulled that off). The CS person was awesome and we figured out the issue and he got me dialed in for all future subscriptions.
Well fast forward and now I have no membership. I’m hesitant to sign up after the last issue and really just want to talk to someone. I’ve sent emails with no response.
