OnX Customer Service

I had a great experience with OnX this last week. I wasn’t looking at my states/layers properly and asked a question. They were really easy to work with and gave me a great discount for an elite membership. So basically I was being a idiot and they helped me out and went more than the extra mile.

So if anyone out there is on the fence about OnX, hopefully this will help. It’s a great tool on its own and I use it all the time, even when not hunting for quick property records. I had downloaded BaseMap for shits-n-gigs, but I’m an OnX guy now for sure.

My experience was quite the opposite. Maps that repeatedly failed to download both on WIFI and cellular, and no help at all from Tech support. In fact they ignored me more then once when I tried to contact them. Switched to BaseMap and haven’t had any issues in the past year.

Sorry to hear you had issues. Our typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (mountain time zone), and we can be reached at (406)540-1600. On Thursdays, our offices close at 3 PM for our weekly team meeting. You may catch as at times in other meetings as well but we respond to all emails within 24 hours as well at [email protected]
