Picked up an OnGlass to try out. Getting a good alignment with the template was not as easy for me as the instructional video showed. Took a few attempts to get it close, still not perfect. I also snapped a retention piece on the adapter ring when twisting on the spacer. Seems to still hold ok with 2 of the 3 still working, but still a bummer. No I wasn’t overly forceful. Here’s pics of good one and broke one.

OnGlass was willing to send me out a replacement. Good of them. I still have concerns on how delicate that retention system is. The plastic they use seems very hard and brittle, not much give.

I got one jut a couple days ago, only issues I had was I had the magnetic plate up side down so had to peal the 3m off and put another piece on and remount the plate.
Lines up good, quick and doesn't bulk the case up bad like phone scope cases I have had

I've got one on the way. Currently using a Magview the past couple seasons and I'm not really liking it.

Just curious how you all are liking this system? I’m thinking of getting one for my athlon ares 20-60x85. Seen some mixed reviews out there with alignment but I love the simplicity. Is glassing with the ring on comfortable or does it need to be taken on and off in between use? Just curious on people’s thoughts. Thanks!

I haven't used mine a ton but I like it a lot. I'm excited to see what updates they make in later versions. It's definitely not comfortable to glass with the ring on but it's very quick to put on and off so not really a big deal to me.

I actually ran into the owner in 2021 in the mountains. Very very nice guy out on an archery elk hunt and he demonstrated how it all worked and he's an amazing guy. I'm very new to elk hunting and he gave a a few pointers on the area and we stayed out of each other's way while hunting. Solid guy that builds a good product will definitely be getting my buisness when I return home from work this next year! Small Buisness straight out of Idaho for a solid and not super expensive product, can't get much better then that.

OnGlass is not good. The adapter doesn't fit into the magnet piece. It's loose so your phone and magnet literally fall off. For Samsung S24 Ultra, the template lines up with your 10X lens, and only that one. That means my min zoom is 30X and the image is horrible. I waited 3 months to order this because they had no lens covers in stock, then the one I got doesn't fit well on the magnet piece and needs to be manipulated onto it each time.

There is no way to contact the company other than email. They take days to reply, never actually answer your questions, and delay delay delay when you request a refund or replacement.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt. Stay clear of this hot garbage.

Sucks to hear that you are having problems and can't get a hold of them.

I'm a little confused on what you're saying about the alignment template, it should allow you to line up on any lens that you want. The OnGlass instructions recommend aligning with the 3x lens.

I followed the instructions for my phone and even confirmed with them for the 10X lens. They won't take a return without authorization and even though I've submitted the online form they refuse to authorize so now I'm forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

That's disappointing, glad I haven't had any issues with mine but I just got a new phone so I need to re-install the mounting tab.

Honestly it's just poor engineering, or in their case 3D printing. The fact the cap doesn't fit is sad. The adapter not fitting to the mounting plate if corrected would work well. The magnet is actually strong unlike the garage one Magview sells. Just can't understand why they want it lined up to the 10X lens. They actually replied to that email and confirmed that was the right one. But radio silence on getting a refund for a poor product

I ended up getting one four or five months back and have mixed reviews. I was sent the wrong adapter two times before getting the right one. Like mentioned above, the customer service is lacking in my opinion. Long response times and no number to call. Finally got a response months later apologizing and wanting to make things right but nothing else after that. In terms of the product, once the right adapter came, it seems to be working well for me. I haven’t had the magnet issue like mentioned above. I do like the concept and simplicity of it. But I definitely see the frustration. For me, the weak spot of the onglass is customer service. I hope they can improve because I like to try and support local business like it.
