Anything country from about 1995 back to 1975 anything modern and I’m sure I would fall asleep at the wheel.

If you’re a Lord of the Rings nerd like me, listening to the soundtrack is cool because you can basically replay the movie in your head based on the song playing. Same with Harry Potter.

If all else fails, this live version of Great White Buffalo by The Nuge

one of the best ever. My favorite Nugent tune is the Double Live Gonzo version of Hibernation. A masterpiece.

Morning is usually some older country like Waylon and Merle. Usually no radio mid day. Evening and nights are for high energy music to stay awake. Usually 80's metal music. Anything from Anthrax and Slayer to Dokken and Iron Maiden. I just can't let the music from my youth die.

Sturgill or Colter Wall, probably. But I usually exhaust my podcasts before music comes on.
Hell yes. Say, I'm a longtime Rokslide lurker but am also a new Colorado yooper. Just moved to Longmont from Michigan a few months ago. Originally from L'Anse. Already got my eyes on Colter coming to Denver in January.

Used to spank you boys in hockey back in the day! actually had to get a police escort out of your arena one night.

used to be in Johnstown but down in castle rock now. Saw that colter concert - gonna keep an eye on ticket prices because he’s high on my list.

Ha. I played HS there 2000-2002. It was a rough couple years for the squad, just shoddy goaltending man ;). I'll say, this front range is no place for a yooper. Great views of the mountains if you can see past all the bullshit and overpriced housing though, eh

Yep, if I could do it all over again I’d be in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana or Alaska. You’ve got a few years on me- I graduated from Kingsford in 08.

Bruce Springsteen for the entire way! Darkness on the Edge of Town album is made for road trips. Be careful driving
