For those of you on Fakebook here's his channel
a "...Great Campfire Story Teller..." as he claims.

Well, now he'll have real good story to tell about how 6x he failed to read the regs...

Amateurs' may deserver a break for a f-up, professional hunters that repeatedly break the law get zero break or leniency in my book. Tell the story to the judge...

I (before today) followed this guy on YouTube and Instagram. Never got the vibe that he was a pompous douche like Bowmar, Muley Freak, type of poaching/trespassing outdoor personality. But turns out he is just another "hunting influencer" that will do whatever it takes for clicks and the related revenue. Good thing is he isn't in ties with sponsors of this forum so this thread won't be locked when folks talk bad about him.
Not going to lie I did like to watch his shows but I am glad he was caught and the truth exposed. I am not happy the antis now have yet another "hunter" that to their eyes makes their point that we all are bloodthirsty poachers with little regard for wildlife.
This is a pretty bold statement

Ill preface this by saying im not defending the guy, and from all ive seen of these internet celebrity hunters, ill assume hes guilty as can be, it seems to be par for the course. At this point i just assume all of those guys are shady as ****. But from the article... "and shell casings from a sheep kill in Alberta also matched the firearm officers seized in B.C.,"
Wtf is that? How does spent brass match a firearm? Same cartridge? That doesnt prove much. How can you match spent brass to a specific rifle?

Marks from the extractor and microscopic scrapes from the chamber on the brass.

Yes, they do it with handguns usually. The extractor will make unique markings on the brass, as well as the chamber while the brass is being extracted.
Well, ya learn something new everyday. Guess if i ever get sick of working for a living and start poaching and making youtube videos, ill factor in new barrels and bolt faces into my cost of doing business. Also, buy my sweet flat brimmed hats. Not available yet of course.

You must not have watched "Forensic Files" like was mentioned they can compare the cases found with one fired from the rifle in question and compare all the unique marks from each and make a positive ID. Lot's of guys have been convicted that way.

I won't comment on some of the things mentioned in the post you quoted but only bring up to make a point. Wild TV completely cut ties with AC when the news came out while MF, Bowmar sponsors never have to my knowledge which speaks volumes in both cases as to what their priorities are.
