On Glass Conact

Anyone have a contact # for on glass?

I ordered a set up based on their fitment list and it’s very poor. I am North of the border and ordered through my closest distributer and if I can’t resolve the fitment issue I only have until Monday to request a return.

I emailed the customers service on the 7th, the day I received my new On Glass adapter, which 10 days in most cases I think is adequate to get a response but nothing so far.

I like the product idea but disappointed in something that costs near $250 CAD doesn’t fit. I based my decision on varied videos, your comments, what I wanted from an adapter (no extra case, ease of moving to different optics etc)
