Went down to Sonora for 10 days last week. The ranch was kind of a bust 8 tags were filled but no giants were seen. I ended up dumping a decent 3x4 with the 30-06 at 300yds. The high shoulder shot with the 151g Hammers dropped it in its tracks.

Definitely not the caliber of buck I was after but there are a lot worst places to be in January.

I really want to crack the 110 mark. I have a 108 already. We didn't see a buck over 90" the whole week but still had a blast

I’ve never been there and didn’t know what class bucks was there. I bet that’s a tough hunt. Congrats again and good luck hitting your goal.
