I'm one of those people that are always picking up stuff off the ground to see what it is. This includes a lot of spent brass. This season in particular, I have found some interesting and old ones. what have you found lately, post your pictures.

I don't have any pictures but found a couple really old 30-40 Krag casings deep in a Wyoming wilderness this year.

I work as a land survey technician and while metal detecting for any evidence of a section corner in the middle of nowhere NE MN. I detected and dug up a piece of 35 Remington brass. No pictures to prove it. I hope that guy/gal got their deer.

I have 40 acres on a small river that was a stopping point for people to camp for the night on their travels I assume. There is a big flat area with oaks and a lone large rock on the flat. I have found with a metal detector quite a few straight wall brass cases with no markings and few with markings and a lot of round lead balls and a few Native artifacts. No photos
