I stopped in at JJJ today and they didn’t know anything about it. Said I could still place the group buy order and they would do the ffl transfer for $100.

Just measured my 18" Bartlein 3B, it's 0.760" right behind the muzzle threads, tapering up to ~0.800" 4" back.

My OG6.5 fits on my .763 muzzle diameter barrel. Not by much but it does. .750 is max so we don’t have any unhappy customers but there’s a slight buffer there.

[Unknown Suppressors]

Just measured my 18" Bartlein 3B, it's 0.760" right behind the muzzle threads, tapering up to ~0.800" 4" back.

The cans are cleaned up to .790" with a chamfer, that said, I have not seen anything greater than .780 actually screw on all the way. The reason we say .750" max is because you wouldn't believe how frequently your bore is not in the center of your barrel, especially if your barrel has been cut down from a much longer blank. ie 18" finish from a 26" or 28" blank. if your bore is not in the center of your barrel and your muzzle threads are trued up to your bore, the OD of the barrel will oscillate around as you screw the suppressor on which makes the effective diameter of your barrel larger than what you are measuring. We have not seen someone with a .750" barrel not be able to screw an OG onto it, at least not because of the diameter of their barrel. That said, if you have a way of checking (dial indicator or something) how concentric your threads are to the OD of your barrel, I can say with confidence you can get away with .770"
