Official Rokslide Group Buy - Unknown Suppressors OG-6S

Man.. I can't commit to this group buy. I wanna see actual #'s and comparisons before signing up. Great deal if the can tests out good, but without knowing details, it's hard to buy one.

I agree. This is a highly competitive segment. I'd like to see exactly how much it weighs and how quiet it is with a 6CM compared to say an OG65, ZG65, ZG7, Scythe, etc. The length is great, but weight and sound matter too. Truly an "Unknown Suppressor".

Trying to not buy new things until demand and technology improvements/new products slow down. That being said, a group buy makes it tempting..... but ... if I would have waited a couple more weeks, I would have an OG 6.5 instead of an OG 30 which would have fit my needs much better.

I understand there’s different companies you could buy, but in the next 4 ish months US will have the OG30 gen 2, Reaper 4in, 8in 338< both with the reflex avail. So besides that, nothing else since this is a lot…

I’m curious if the difference between the extra volume of an OG65 vs smaller bore of the 6-S shooting a 16”-18” 6cm is noticeable.

I keep hearing 6.4oz and I’m not going to say db numbers since it’s not 100% but a lot of testing has been very impressive for a 3in forward can. I’d buy one today if I could even if I wasn’t affiliated hearing what I’ve heard. Solid numbers will be published and posted on here very soon before official launch and well ahead of the end of the group buy!

In the other thread form stated he thought this would edge out or be very close to the og 6.5 on a 6mm cal even with the added volume of the 6.5. Was good enough for me so I’ll pic one up. Worst case, it’ll end up in a 223 and I’ll forgo any og 22 that may come.

I want one for a gas gun. Would someone with a bigger brain explain if this is a good option. I know it will work but my gas gun experience is limited and how suppressors impact them is Unknown territory for me.

First question- will the suppressor hit your gas block? Or is it far enough away from the end of the barrel aka let’s say to be safe 4in? @Formidilosus said it’s doing really well on his gas gun but I personally have not tried one on a gas gun yet so I’m not going to speak from experience yet.

Good point. I just measured and I have 4.25 inches but it would not fit within my Seekins DMR handguard/rail. Thank you for the reply!!

Part of the sound testing that is being done will be done on a gas gun!
