Official Rokslide Group Buy - Unknown Suppressors OG-6S (CLOSED)

One more big ups to Ben for organizing and US crew for making this badass can. Took mine to the range Sunday and wow it’s awesome!

Posted some observations over on the OG6-S thread. Also the small diameter WEKA sleeve fits perfectly and one sleeve covers 2xOG6. I love LSwild and there’s some pros for their covers (blaze orange baby), but cost favors the Kiwi’s and I have a lot of new cans this year…

Took a while, but finally have my suppressor in possession! Biggest delay was my SOT selection… he was slow and had poor communication, so took forever to certify. Single shot trust took about 30 days. Sits right at home on my 20” 6 CM. Will be using on my 18” 6 ARC as well. Excited to get some rounds downrange with it this weekend.

I'm very interested in this can. Now that more guys have had their hands on these, is anyone disappointed with them? If so why? Thanks guys!

It’s about as long as a brake past the barrel, weighs nothing, makes it so I can train without double ear pro, and with the preorder it cost less than really bad cans used to cost just a few years ago. What’s not to like?

I live mine.
I was a little disappointed in the OG 30.

This one is not the same. Short, light, quiet. Lots of shooting on 6mm and 223.
I also have a nano and ZG 6.5 and don’t like them any better than this one.

I have a og6, ultra 5, magnus s and ogl. The og6 and magnus are the only ones I really shoot anymore. The magnus is quieter and tames recoil better but is 9oz heavier and ~4” longer.

I will more than likely be hunting with the og6 because of its elite form factor.

I assume you mean the 'OG' OG (which I believe is slated to become the OG HD at some point).
That is correct. I shoot it on a 25. Knowing if I waited a month I could have had quieter and lighter. At some point I’ll try and sell it half price to someone who shoots 30 cal and get a 6.5. If I thought I could get away with shooting the 6 s on my 25 prc I would get another one

Shot the OG6S on my 6 Creed for the first time today. Sounded great, even with berms at the range. Looking forward to using this out in the field. Very quiet for how small this thing is!

Has anyone shot one of these along with any of the OCL Hydrogen 6.5 suppressors (K, S, or L) or the Diligent Defense Wolf Hunter? Curious how they compare

I have both, but have not compared them sound wise. From a physical perspective they are not even close. Hydrogen L is over twice the weight, over twice the length past the muzzle. Even if the 6s is louder which I expect it is, I would not pick the hydrogen over the og6s. The 6s has made me want more small otb cans.

Yea the Hydro K (which I have) or maybe the Hydro S is a fairer comparison. I’m considering the Hydro S or the OG 6S or Wolf Hunter to get a bit more suppression. I suspect the 6S might be on par with with the Hydro K but I could be wrong

I have had all 3 of those supressors. 6s, wolf hunter, hydro s 6.5, and even cat Noah. I am only comparing by memory as I sold the ocl and dd before I got the 6s but I believe it is as quiet as both of them. Shot it side by side with my cat Noah and I couldn’t tell a difference. I wouldn’t consider either of your other options over a 6s.

My comparison is to a Scythe. The OG6S has the advantage in weight and length. I'd say they are equal on sound. The Scythe has a notible advantage in controlling muzzle rise. And it goes without saying at this point, but the OG6S has a MASSIVE advantage in regard to durability.

Out of the two, I prefer the OG6S on my 223 and medium weight 6 Creed. I have an ultra light chassis build in 6CM and I think I've decided I prefer the Scythe on it. I can spot all my impacts with the Scythe on that build. Whereas I'm probably closer to 50/50 with the OG6S there. I'd attribute that more so to the chassis though (high bore axis and feather light) than to the OG6S. There is a noticable difference though in taming muzzle rise when I slap the Scythe on for what it's worth..

I have the wolf hunter and og6s. I would say the wolf hunter edges the og6s out in suppression. The wolf hunter is a great suppressor, but I would pick the og6s for the length and weight of it.

Wolf Hunter and og6-s here. Actually pic file is too big so no pic here. Can’t really tell a difference up close? All 3 of us including 2 ppl that have no skin in the game said both sound the exact same 20 yards away. Pretty awesome. If there’s a difference, it is hardly anything. Shot on the exact same Seekins 6 creedmoor identical guns back to back a bunch of times to see.
