6.5-300 Wby Mag is a cartridge we already manufacture! A lot of factors go into caliber development when looking at making a new chambering. We currently have no plans to ever produce .223/5.56. There are many casings in demand that we would like to adopt, but unfortunately, we can not make them all.

After 6.5-300 Wby, we will changeover to 6.5 PRC. 280 AI will follow next, tentatively Mid-Late October start.

As in, not SAAMI approved?

Peterson makes 25 Creedmoor brass which isn't SAAMI approved. They also made 22 Creedmoor brass long before recent approval as well....

We have no plans for Wildcat casings, our level of manufacturing does not allow for small custom runs.

Any requests for 6mm Remington? I think it could have a resurgence if good brass was around. Lots of people on this forum looking for an edge over 243/6creed. Fits perfect in a tikka build. The x57 case in general needs more offerings(7x57,257 rob,257AI,6mmrem,22-6mmrem). I’m building a 6mmAI myself

You are only the 10th person to request that in over a years time. Unfortunately, it is not a casing we are perusing to manufacture. @jgraff08 Only the 6th request for 240 Wby, also not one that we are perusing currently. Sorry!

Because I don’t like weatherby cartridges
