Unfortunately, business decisions usually mean to stay in business. If it's not being made, or not planned to be made, there's not enough money to be made.
This is mostly accurate! I'd like to remind everyone that we are in the precision and long range shooting industry. Unfortunately a 30-30, Whelen casing, or something like a 360 Buckhammer doesn’t fit our niche. We understand the need for casings across the industry, but we must "stay in our lane". We appreciate all of the interest regardless!

What has fueled the resurgence of 300WSM brass?

Lapua announced production recently and now you guys?

There are a vast amount rifles chambered in WSM's out there! The Jamison patents scared away manufacturers for quite some time... but now it's game on!

Not true! We are hopeful to release 300 WSM followed by 270 WSM later this year due to many hunter's requests! What casing would you like to see made? We keep a running tracker of cartridge requests to help influence decisions down the road!
Slot in the 6.8 Western early next year. You'll have all your major work done after the 270 and 300 WSM this year.

Add another tally to the 6.8 western.

Seems like the perfect transition. 6.8 western is one of the most commonly mentioned cartridge in this thread these days.

270 WSM really didn’t sell very well because of the same slow twist as the 270 Winchester. There isn’t really that much of a velocity difference between the two anyway. The 300 WSM made the grade it seems. But anyone who was going to re-barrel a 270 WSM will just move over to the 6.8 Western with a twist of 1:7.5” and a SAAMI chamber. The 270 WSM when loaded with high BC bullets may not fit quite a few short action magazines designed to shoot the WSM. Will be interesting to see how the demand shifts though.

Is there really not a high demand for 22-250 brass? It seems like everyone that’s shooting one is always looking for other quality brass now that Lapua isn’t making it.
