Ocala FL Turkey hunt - Osceola & eastern hybrid hunt

Hey y’all - I’m going Turkey hunting in Ocala National Forest on the Pipeline unit next weekend.

Curious if any of you have hunted it and if there’s any strategies you recommend.

There’s Osceola and Easterns in there and I was planning on using my pot call on edges of fields to draw in an eastern. In my experience Turkey hunting in south Florida the Osceola aren’t very chatty. (Hunted JW Corbett in South Florida a few weeks ago)

I’m a novice Turkey hunter so any advice for FL turkeys would be awesome!

How did you do? Im heading there in about a week or so from NC.
