I have a bit of a dilemma and thought someone here might have some advice. I was invited to take my son to Illinois on a hunt on private land next weekend. The county we are going to hunt has permits available, but they are all OTC and I don't have anyone in the State to purchase the deer permit. Does anyone know of a vendor that would sell the license over the phone or any other solution? I don't want to wait until next week and risk the permits being sold out after plane tickets, Airbnb, and other expenses. Thanks.
