The bino harness, cell phone case, rangefinder case, and maybe even the hand warmer. I’ll wait until everything is back after the holiday rush and order it.

I’ve got a duffle bag, a range bag, soft gun case, multiple suppressor covers, bear spray holder. I have a problem is what I’ve noticed as I type this out.
 
Not having experience with online ordering, can you challenge it?

Had plenty of charge backs with a retail location, but it seems odd they can make a charge back stick after a refund was issued?

Crazy enough, I sent PayPal clear evidence showing that we had already cancelled and refunded this guy’s order — and they still sided with him at first and tried to close the chargeback. After a pretty blunt conversation over the phone, they reopened it for further review. It’s wild how banks and payment processors automatically default to protecting a random individual, even when the merchant provides crystal-clear proof.

We process thousands of legitimate PayPal transactions every year, and I’d hate to remove it as a payment option. But if people can receive a refund and win a chargeback on top of it, that’s blatant fraud — and I won’t keep offering a payment method that puts our business at that kind of risk.

We are producing a ton of gear every day! We should have more stuff start trickling back into stock after Christmas. We doubled up our revenue from Black Friday last year, so it's been a circus.

Just try being a seller on Amazon...all kinds of ways consumers rip off the sellers and Amazon sides with the consumer every time no matter how much proof you present. So many people pulling shenanigans and it just keeps getting worse as word spreads on how many ways you can get away with it. People all over the world in general are just pieces of shit.

I've looked at T&K and it looks like quality stuff and there's some things I want, but I haven't decided what I want to replace in my current kit yet! Some things gotta go before I start getting more. Happy wife happy life and all that lol.

Just received something I ordered last week. Opened it up to find out it was someone else’s return. They ratfucked the item and returned it to the vendor, who didn’t check it, and sent it to me. So, I have an exchange in progress.

Have had other instances of this happen with Amazon, quite frustrating.

I had something similar happen once. Ordered a beard trimmer. Opened it up and hair fell out. I was ticked. I understand returns and all but certain items should not be re-shipped. I wasn't about to use that thing after what could have been someone's ball hair fell out of it.

Wife ordered some kind of a sleep pillow. One of those expensive ones. She got a massive dong instead. That not being her thing she called Amazon CS and told them she really didn’t want it. They told her to go ahead and keep it. She cancelled the pillow. It was unused then and still unused (at least I hope so). I may or may not have some compromising photos with a buddy holding it.

I just saw an article the other day on people saying they are getting used items from Amazon.

I got an item from amazon 2 days ago and it looked like the driver used the package for traction. How the hell the stuff wasn't broken is a miracle in itself. It did appear to be new but I have my doubts for sure.

Same with me. I ordered a collapsible steel sawbuck for firewood bucking. Package arrived all thrashed and no kidding half of the pieces were missing. I called Amazon and told them that it had been pilfered. They could not have cared less. Very frustrating. Too many scum bags in our society.
