I have officially accepted a new teaching position in Grand Junction Colorado. I cant wait to start chasing elk and mule deer with my bow this fall. I'm so pumped for my first elk season!!

GJ is central to all the best outdoor activities CO has. It’s high on my list of relocation points when I absolutely have to flee the front range.

I moved from Denver to Montrose, just south of Grand Junction. Soooooo much better on this side of the state.

GJ is really nice. I liked living toward Fruita better than in GJ proper. You have so much to discover: Main Street, Mike the Chicken, Palisade fruit and wine, Powderhorn, Grand Mesa, single track, Dinosaur Hill, Glade Park, Rabbit Valley, Land's End, Kannah Creek, Lunch Loop, Avalon theater, KAFM, Club 20 politics, hot summer, mild winter, unit 61, unit 40, unit 521...

Fruita Grad here. I think it is a great area for a sportsman/fisherman to live!
