Non Tikka 10 round groups

Recent 10 shot group from my 22 CM built on a Zermatt TL3.

74 gr Hammer HHT at 3550.

Not quite as tight at 500, but does ok. 5 shot group on a 10” piece of steel.

1000009255.jpgHad some leftover ammo from my last barrel and figured I would burn it up in the new one to break it in. Pretty impressive group for exactly 0 load development and a brand new barrel. Now if it was just a half a click to the the right and half a click up

Not a bolt gun but I was curious how this rifle would do with cheap stuff, as I take it for coyote time to time. I guess 2" is about what I'd expect.

16" BCM, Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8, shooting factory PMC Bronze .223 55gr. Would like to change scopes but I don't shoot it enough to justify the money.

Kimber Mountain Ascent in .308 with Trijicon Credo 1-6x24 in Talley's. No brake or suppressor. First group is a pressure test with 168 TMK's and Lever powder in Peterson brass. I fired 1 at 44.5, 1 at 45, 1 at 45.5, 3 at 46, 3 at 46.5 and 3 at 47 grs. The high shot is 44.5. all 12 rounds went into 1.69"

Then I loaded 12 at 46.5 and shot the second group. All 12 went into 1.299". Ten of them are actually clustered into .840" The scope has about 1" of parallax at 100 yards and is a bit challenging to control. I believe that's a contributing factor to the diagonal stringing.

Not bad for a 6lb 3.4oz rig!
