NOMAD II is finally up @ Kifaru

I am sure you can fit about anything between the wings, hence, my usage of this platform. I use a 65L dry bag with a grab-it II and a medium belt pouch for the butt stock of my rifle.......works very well. I do, however, like the changes to this Nomad platform, just not enough to shell out another $285..... who said contentment isn't a good thing.......

I was hoping some people have put the Nomad II through the paces and can and answer a few questions. Could you attach a gen 2 meat bag to the pals webbing and secure it through the loops on the front with the compression straps? On my Mountain Warrior there is nowhere to attach my compression straps inside the pack to secure a quarter.

Also... is a hydration bladder workable with this type of pack or is nalgene the way to go if you use this bag?

I don't have a Gen II but rather a Gen I and you can do the things you asked.

Looks like we will be running very similar gear....right down to the pink vanes.

Also....is that the original Nomad you are referring to or the gen 1 meat bag?
