Has anyone seen any further designs along this line? I picked this up and am getting it dialed in. It is a tahr/nomad prototype, I’m just not sure if it was a one off or not. Took it on an overnight trip with my son (I was carrying most of his stuff too thus the overpacking)

I’m still messing with the strap orientations. But there are stretchable slot pockets behind both wings too

It definitely looks like a fulcrum but with a smaller main bag. I’d guess the main pocket is like 3000-3500ci ish. I will see if it’s marked anywhere on the pack

That is a very unique pack. If you ever find that it’s not what you need, let me know. That is about perfect for the hunting I mainly do. Thanks -Rufus

After using it some, I can’t believe it didn’t make it farther in their production. Wing pockets that are accessible without undoing any straps. Decent sized main bag with a half length center zip, meat shelf, and ability to add a couple pouches and a lid. Tough to beat for anything within a few day timeframe

I still use my tahr for earlier season archery. I recall Aron coming out with a new style attachable long pocket. Longer and narrower then previous model so it would fit on the sides of bags like wings. Which is what I do. His video showed a tahr with three, one on back two on sides. I believe years ago a member here posted a lot of pics with that set up.

It’s a great light bag and this set up really adds functional use. Like a smaller emr.

There was clamor for a StrykerXL with Duplex2 wings, basically a variant of this (and what so many others had frankenpacked previously) but Kifaru went another route. The new bag from Hunt2Shoot (Teratorn) has a lot of these same features.

Yeah, it should have been put into production.

It certainly does have a lot of features of the terratorn, maybe (doubtful) Kifaru will get back to its roots someday
