As the old saying goes...
But anymore, there is more pain ;)

This past week I installed 1100 sf of LVP flooring in 2 1/2 days by myself.

My body isnt liking me very much after that but I made enough $$$ to pay for all my 2025 Wyo NonRes applications so there is some gain ?

Even with knee pads, my knees (and back) would need a couple weeks to recover from that......maybe more. Heck, I might still feel the effects into hunting season even. I've always said "there's good pain, and there's bad pain". There's a whole lot less good pain as I get older.

For me it's the arthritis from over use.

A huge oak chopped my house in half and we have been dealing with it for just over 2 years- long story with lots of twists.

I am doing so of the work myself- like replacing patio doors, adding a wine storage area, garage improvements, etc. Waking up in the AM my hands, neck and lower back where I have almost no discs in a couple sports are stiff as heck.

Framing, Sheetrock and taping is a piece of cake...but the ceiling work is probably what's causing the riff.

Getting old sucks. I was doing some work on the computer a couple weeks ago, went to get up out of the chair and just about passed out with lower back pain. I had not really done a whole lot of severe physical stuff the previous couple days, just came on. Still in a bit of bother, especially when I sit for extended periods.
