A simple reticle with moa or mil hash marks on windage, crosshair center dot and some hashes going down the reticle would be awesome. Wishful thinking. I do not mind their MOAR reticle tho.

Grew up with NXS and SHV models (yeah I’m a younger guy) when I went to buy my first piece of high end glass I ended up with a NX8 and love it! I like the variability of the magnification. I like to hunt on low power, and shoot steel on high power. I see people complain about glass and eyebox issues. With the factory caps on them I do find the eyebox difficult but once I removed that, no issues. But I’m flat impressed, enough so, I bought a second just a few weeks ago.

Man, I hope they do not cram this into a compact scope tube! Will not be nearly as user friendly.

I wonder if this is why the nx8 models had a ~10% increase in msrp recently and I don't think the SHV did. Make a little room for the nx6 to fit in between them.

I’m on the fence trying to get a SHV 3-10 for my kid. I need simple reticle. Super forgiving eye box. And tough. I get a decent discount on NF stuff so it’s fairly affordable too.

Wondering if waiting to see what they come out with is worth it.

Anyone have any feedback on the SHV?
