Submitted as an individual Friday afternoon just before COB. I was approved this morning. Less than 1.5 business day turnaround.

They can use them, but you must be present.

Kids under 18 can’t be on the trust. So really only difference is your wife can shoot it or possess it without you present.

Downside is she has to do fingerprints too. But apparently they are doing away with that for trusts.

Today is day 41 for me. I didn’t know what I didn’t know when I ordered I guess, but if I could do it again I wouldn’t have done the trust.

Kids under 18 can’t be on the trust. So really only difference is your wife can shoot it or possess it without you present.

Downside is she has to do fingerprints too. But apparently they are doing away with that for trusts.

I think they might have already done Sedy with the secondary fingerprint requirements, or my dealer was misinformed because he told me I could add people once it’s approved without them having to do fingerprints.
