NFA Approval after January 1

Did the ATF clean up the email notifications? I have a can in jail now, and wondering if I should count on an email notification or if I should be following up with my SOT.

What exactly are you guys saying is your start date/submitted date?

I purchased on silencer shop on 2/20, got notified everything silencer shop does to get my can to my local dealer including shipping on 3/15. Talked with local shop and they submitted form4 3/16 and I received confirmation from eforms that I’m now submitted/in process on 3/16. This is a trust and my first purchase. I’m assuming when folks say “submitted” on this days they are referring to the form 4 to atf date? So I should expect a few week turnaround?

Filed as Individual, gay boyz received paperwork 3/11, parole granted 3/17.

I find that level of overreach more acceptable than the 10 month wait for my first can back in the day.

Yes, the date atf receives your form 4 submission.

They finally updated to the February average times. It jumped quite a bit for trusts, but not for individual. I would expect that when the March processing times come out, individual eforms for Form 4's will jump up by a few days to a week as well based on the Reddit NFA Megathread I posted earlier. I am waiting on a 2/25 submission, so I am hoping either next week or the week after.

This is correct. Its been verified, from both side, countless times.

However, there is a work around for those with TS and up.
I’ve heard this tactic is just a ruse by adversaries to get forum members to state/claim they have high security clearances so they can be tracked and honey-potted.

Jk…maybe
