NFA Approval after January 1

Submitted 1-31, individual, two cans (both Reapers).
Both approved 2/7.
No e-mail from ATF, shop called this morning.
My first suppressor took 18 months.

My experience was significantly better than this, but I guess it didn’t work out so quickly for you.
As you can tell, I don’t have good luck with NFA wait times.

I spoke with my dealer today. When they pulled up my account, it says “actions required” however upon looking further, it says all documents completed and it’s just waiting for SS to do their part. When calling about my order, the automated SS robot voicemail says they don’t have record of my order. But I also have the order number and purchase confirmation. My dealer sent an email to their SS rep because he had no idea what was causing the issue but said it definitely looked like it was on SS’s end, not in mine. He said he’d call me back after getting in touch. I still have not been able to speak to an actual person at SS in the last 5 weeks.

I'm now at 34 days following confirmed submission (first Form 4, SS Trust, 2RP, first NFA item {AB Raptor 8}) - has anyone else had their submissions go long and/or can share with me what issue was raised by ATF if you received a disapproval? With a standard NFA trust from SS, I'm surprised background checks for two RP would have extended review this long, based on approval pace I"m seeing for other trust and individual submissions...

I tried emailing NFA-ATF after seeing some discussion on reddit about others hearing back - but I just received a canned response that basically said don't email us, we'll email you. Has anyone else tried contacting ATF and received submission specific status info (and willing to share what contact route you used)?

Look through the last couple pages for my experience. We’re in the same boat. I still haven’t heard anything from SS. This is not my first suppressor btw and never had issues before.

Turns out it really was something on silencer shop’s end for me. I just got the email today to certify, which tells me that my dealer was able to get in contact with their rep today like they had said they would and got it straightened out. Now the real wait begins
