Edit: Both of mine were approved about a minute apart from each today, 1/13. 8 days total.

I got the approval email on both of my rimfire suppressors today, certified on Jan 5th and approved on the 13th.

I'm still waiting to certify a Form-1 SBR. I submitted the information using Silencer Shop's Form-1 Service on Jan 4th, and it's still in the "reviewing" stage.

Ordered the Silencer Shop Form-1 Service (SBR) on Jan 4th. Got the Silenecer Shop email and certified with the ATF today, Jan 15th.

I had no issues or delays with the online portal during the certification/submission process.

Those of you that are certifying, did you buy the can in 2025 and do the "after January 1" option. Or did you buy the can in 2026 and able to certify?

My Reaper from the group buy just showed up to my FFL and they are stating they cannot submit anything purchased in 2026 until all 2025 cans (150K) have been submitted and certified per the ATF.

I know people who have purchased, submitted form 4, and been approved, all in 2026.

That doesn’t sound right. My FFL has been submitting 2026 cans along with 2025 and no problems that I’m aware of.
