It does seem like the approvals are taking a little longer. Hopefully they can still keep them under a month.

I would ASSume it's initial backlog from all the people waiting for free tax stamps, which doesn't seem to bad. I would think the approval times would shorten back to real quick before too long.

Government shutdown that's looming may not help any of us waiting on approvals.
