For sure......I picked up a NXS 2.5-10, bc I couldn't deal with the reticle.

Midway moved their ETA to early May for NX6 shipping.

The Scheels optics guy called his rep for me last week and he said they were backordered 3 months…

I ordered direct with NF the first day and was told around April 7th ship date but wouldn’t be surprised at all if that shifts right.

will be fun to watch these and the s2h scopes go through the paces with everyone and see where dust settles, loved my nx8 1-8 dmx enough but on longer lop sako 90 peak it was stretched on eye relief and all the usual above 6x, 0.2mil/click, eyebox comments apply, so after seeing all the hoopla through Q1 the move to make for me was try the atacr 1-8 dmx instead and it made all the differences and then some, don't feel any compromises now, but frigg they are spendy, glad I did though, personal grail setup complete for what I will do till I ship off to the next life,

however for the kids rigs and backup rigs I'll be watching the nx6 and s2h stuff but trijicon accupoint mil-dots in 1-6 and 2.5-12.5 are highest on the list of knowns that I will fleet once I see how this new stuff settles out...my nx8 1-8 dmx found a home on one of them so far, and an accupoint 1-6 German on another that is just an mbpr setup with some holdover inches to get to 450 if ever needed, but still will need a few more to fix up the remaining fleet to where my eyes and zero retentions desires are met

According to some guys they are at least a month out on the 6-36 I ordered. Originally I was told it would ship late March. Then mid April. Not at least a month from today. Getting tired of shooting matches with the back up optic to be honest.

I'm nervous about the delays combined with Form's examples he was told not to drop test. Feel like QC may have failed a batch. I dunno. Just odd. Really hope they get whatever worked out soon.

Me too. As soon as I get mine it’ll be going to a match bolted on a legit 1/3 MOA gun. Club or 2 day depending on when it shows up. I’ll beat on it pretty good. If it lays down on me it’ll change my opinion of the company. I’ve had NXS and nx8s take some falls hunting that I can’t believe didn’t break them and they didn’t even lose zero.

Guys, just speculation. May just be on a slow boat from Japan lol. But yeah Form was asked not to drop-test his samples, they were called prototypes, it was posted here:

I’ve been shooting with two prototype NF NX6’s for a while. A 3-18x50mm and the 5-30x56mm versions. Both in MOA as that was the first ones made. We were asked not to release anything until the 14th. We supposedly will get sent one the first production 2-12x versions when finished- having said that, most of the general “feel” of the line is the same between them.

What does prototype mean- in this case the outside of the scope is what production scopes will be. The turret design, glass, etc are all the same. What was relayed was that some parts of the erector system will be different...
