I had an exchange student from Germany last school year and he sent me this link. I do have some Filson garments which is WAY too heavy for any lightweight-oriented excursion. Has anyone seen this stuff or used it?

Hello Brandon, I can´t compare the two since I´ve never seen the Chugah-jaket in real life, the Nordlijacket is a quite simple jacket which is suitable for everyday outdoor life, it is made in G1000 original which makes it very durable.

The G100-fabrics weight is about 190g/m2 (can vary a bit depending on the amount of wax applied to the fabric).

It breathes very well but they sent me an email saying its not considered rainwear. I shall choose Kuiu.

My opinion is based on other's opinions. Weight and breathability are important as well. Tell me why you think Sitka is better, if you feel that way.
