Curious on what jacket you decided to go with? I am currently stuck trying to decide between the M5 or the Dew point

I used the sitka dew point on my 2023 hunt and put it through hell and It held up great. The black spruce is grnaly but I didn't feel like caught on clothing easily. We cut throught it quite often and for a long ways at times. I used first lites lighter rain pant(vapor I think?), the dew point and alphaburlys and stayed dry. The guide gave me rubber hoses to put over my rain pants at the ankle to keep the water from coming in. Didnt bring a dedicated hiking boot but will next time around and wear them with gators over the rain pants and the rubber boots as back up if it doesn't work out. We hiked a ton and my feet and calves took a beating.
