Would i have shot him? 100% if it was legal... Just like shooting a forked horn out of the alfalfa field, it puts meat in the freezer. would i pretend that it was a long arduous hunt and i used all of my skill to kill him... probably not. Just like i wouldn't pose with a picture of a Buck that was killed eating alfalfa within yards of the house, Thats more like butchering a cow than hunting
