New Solo Hunter.. Mccall Zone Elk archery advice?

Hey everyone, have a Mccall zone Elk A tag this coming year..will be completely solo for a week. Planning around second week of september.
Any advice on possibly where to have any luck? Was considering Unit 23 around French creek/ Western unit 19A.. or would it be better to try around unit 25/warm lake..

any real advice would be so much appreciated.. thank you!

I am guessing it is one of the busiest zones in the state, and with the flood of out people moving to Boise it is only going to get worse. The roads look like a zoo in September. If you are willing to hike into nasty areas you can get away from the crowds. I personally would not go to any specific spots given out over the internet. If it actually is a good spot and some idiot decides to share that information with the world, it probably won’t be good for long. If I were to tell you a specific spot it would be somewhere I have never been far from where I actually hunt.
